C atherine McGivney is a partner in Taft’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions; technology transactions, as well as licensing, acquiring, and developing software solutions; executive employment and equity-based compensation agreements; and venture capital
transactions. She has represented owners, executives, developers, entrepreneurs, and businesses in various transactions. Catherine joined Taft from RM Partners in July 2022, with seven of her colleagues.
