Sharon M. Peart Sharon Peart is a trial lawyer who has defended claims involving personal injury and property damage including: construction de- fect, traumatic brain injuries, death, amputation, dental negligence, slip and fall, transportation negligence, Wrongful Tree Cutting Act, Illinois Equine Activity Liability Act, construction injuries and other claims from investigation to resolution. Sharon has taken over 70 cases to verdict. Her litigation experience is not typical or ordinary. In litigation in Southern Illinois, Sharon went under- ground into a working coal mine to view and experience transpor- tation in the mine. Throughout her career Sharon has maintained a strong work ethic and has mentored several young lawyers.
