Kevin P. Durkin As a partner at Clifford Law Offices, Kevin P. Durkin has obtained numerous large jury verdicts and settlements in state and federal courts in his nearly four decades of practic- ing law. Over the years, he has concentrat- ed in aviation and complex litigation, having taken literally hundreds of depositions of ex- perts and corporate executives in transpor- tation disasters. Kevin has received multi-million-dollar set- tlements or verdicts in well over 100 cases. Some of these verdicts have been among the largest recorded in Illinois. His $38.3 million verdict following a month-long trial on behalf of a mother and her two children involved in a devastating truck-car collision on I-90 near Rockford was featured as one of the Top 100 Verdicts in the National Law Journal in 2005.
