Dennis M. Lynch Dennis M. Lynch is an accomplished attor- ney known for securing multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for injury victims in Illinois and across the United States, in- cluding cases in Indiana, Kentucky, Colora- do, and Michigan. His extensive legal career involves representing individuals in a wide range of personal injury cases against some of the world’s largest corporations and insur- ance companies. These cases encompass various areas of personal injury litigation, such as interstate trucking, insurance bad faith, products liability, workers’ compensa- tion, nursing home litigation, and medical malpractice. Additionally, Dennis has a track record of successful appeals, including a re- cent victory in the Appellate Court on behalf of a union sprinkler fitter injured due to a de - fective elevator, as well as a landmark win related to the traveling employee doctrine in workers’ compensation litigation. Dennis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007. He started working at a personal in- jury law firm while in college and continued throughout law school.
