E rvin Nevitt has earned a long list of million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. She pointed to a personal injury case involving a fatal shooting at a Chicago Housing Authority complex. This was a long and complicated trial. But Nevitt earned a million-dollar verdict for his client. The trial required testimony from witnesses who were un- cooperative. But when a witness was being difficult? Quinn said that Nevitt never lost sight of his objective.
