J illian Cole is an accomplished litigator with a multi-faceted practice. With a focus on banking litigation, she has significant experience representing local and national commercial lenders in commercial foreclosures and other special asset litigation. Jillian also represents secured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy actions. She has years of experience representing court-appointed receivers in commercial foreclosure, eviction, and building/zoning litigation. In addition, Jillian assists clients victimized by failed digital

transformations and software implementations. She has successfully litigated cases and resolved disputes involving many of the world’s largest software and technology vendors. Outside of her legal practice, Jillian serves on The Joffrey Ballet’s Women’s Board, where members support the institution through advocacy and support and advance mission-driven fundraising efforts. Jillian has been recognized in Leading Lawyers 2024 and Best Lawyers in America 2025 for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
