M atthew Kaminski has built a thriving medical malpractice defense practice thanks largely to the results he’s earned in the courtroom. At Hall Prangle, Kaminski has earned a reputa- tion for fiercely, and successfully, representing healthcare pro- viders, employers and businesses in high-stakes litigation. Kaminski’s work includes defending hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers in complex medical negligence claims, while also representing employers facing allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage-and-hour disputes, contract conflicts, trade secret matters and non-compete litigation. His litigation experience also extends to product liability and federal civil cases across the country. His work included employment litigation, civil rights claims and contract disputes, giving him valuable courtroom experience early in his career while representing one of the nation's largest local governments. Kaminski’s commitment to advocacy dates to his days at the University of Dayton School of Law. There, he earned the Order of Barristers honor, recognizing excellence in trial advocacy, and competed as a member of the school's Moot Court team.
