P laintiff was a 26-year-old drywaller working at a residential home construction project in New Lenox when he tripped and fell on angle irons. He sustained a fracture of his left ankle, requiring

three surgeries. The defense argued the angle irons were stored in a staging area outside the house when the crew left the jobsite and that Plaintiff was contrib- utorily at fault for failing to see the angle irons.
