Hannah, now 6 years old, has permanent brain damage, global developmental delay, mild cerebral palsy, cognitive dysfunction, intellectual disability, motor dysfunc- tion, speech/language deficits, and brachial plexus nerve damage. She requires braces to ambulate and her left arm is non-functional. Hannah’s parents as- serted that defts negligently provided obstetrical care and their negligence was the cause of Hannah’s injuries.
