C ourtney Mayster was born and raised in Chicago. She knows the city like the back of her hand, having watched its neighborhoods and businesses evolve for decades. Now, as a leader in the legal industry and a prominent real estate attorney, she plays her own part in shaping the hometown she loves so much. Courtney is Managing Partner at Much, a law firm with headquarters in Chicago. She is Much 4.0, the fourth leader in the firm’s 55-year history and the first woman in the role. She spearheads efforts to drive strategy, elevate client service, streamline operations, and recruit and retain top talent. Signature to Courtney’s leadership is her belief that investing in your business means investing in your people.
