ALISON RHOTEN VP, DEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL, NORTH AMERICA Kimberly-Clark Corp.

A lison M. Rhoten serves as VP, Deputy General Counsel, North America of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NASDAQ: KMB, Fortune 200) where she oversees legal strategy and operations for the $11 billion business in North America. She joined Kimberly-Clark in 2021 in the role of VP, Deputy General Counsel, Global Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Alison previously held roles at Dover Corporation, The Hillshire Brands Company (acquired by Tyson Foods, Inc.) and SunCoke Energy, Inc. and began her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Alison is solution-oriented legal leader with an enterprise perspective and collaborative and strategic mindset. She has top- tier law firm training and senior in-house experience at large publicly traded companies in a range of industries including global consumer packaged goods and diversified manufacturing. Her experience spans M&A and strategic transactions, marketing,

securities, corporate governance, SEC reporting, shareholder engagement, social responsibility and sustainability reporting, tariffs and trade controls, emerging technologies including AI, contracting, regulatory, compliance and employment matters, government relations, and legal operations. She is equally skilled at risk assessment and crisis and dispute management. With senior-level expertise, engagement, and passion, Alison has honed her ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with executives, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and drive exceptional business relevant results She received her J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law and B.A. degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Alison lives in Western Springs, Illinois with her husband and three children.
