E llen Zabinski is an accomplished partner with more than 25 years of experience focused on insurance coverage matters. Throughout her career, she has defended both domestic and international insurers involved in complex insurance coverage litigation, as well as arbitrations and mediations, throughout the country. Her work spans a broad spectrum of claims and issues, including product liability, environmental pollution liability, transportation, toxic tort liability, cyber and privacy liability and professional liability. Ellen is widely recognized for her ability to navigate high-stakes disputes with precision, insight and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. She is also a sought-after speaker at industry conferences on topics related to insurance coverage matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Ellen serves as a trusted advisor to insurers on novel and evolving complex insurance coverage issues. She regularly counsels clients on claims arising under a variety of policy forms, including General Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber Privacy and Liability and Tech Errors & Omissions Liability policies.
